NiceLabel Version 4.1 Released
Niceware International has released NiceLabel version 4.1. With NiceLabel version 4.1 Niceware continues to lead the AIDC industry with its feature-rich label printing technology.
Niceware will start shipping the new version 4.1 CDs on Friday, July 21st 2006. Partners and existing end users can already upgrade to version 4.1 for free by downloading the NiceLabel demo version from the following web site: www.nicelabel.com/downloads/dwld_demo.php.
What is new in NiceLabel 4.1?
Major Updates:
- Support for 64-bit NiceDrivers
- Major NiceLabel Pro updates:
- RFID Gen2 support
- Updated Unicode support in NL Pro (NEW: text files - UTF-8, UTH-16; VBScript functions/Expressions)
- Updated ActiveX programming interface (including new methods):
- OpenLabel command with printer parameter
- SetPrintJobName command in the Advanced ActiveX (at least better documentation)
- Setting multiple variables at the same time
- Get list of open labels
- New parameter in ActiveX for simulating printing process
