Niceware International offers Professional Services and Support to our resellers and end user customers. Niceware software products are designed with the philosophy that easy is essential. To provide our customers additional tools for their bar code and RFID smart labeling projects, Niceware International offers technical support, professional services, software training, online demonstrations and a vast library of sales and technical tips. Use those services and tools to increase your knowledge of bar code and RFID smart labeling applications.
Professional Services
Niceware offers Professional Services to our resellers and end user customers on fee basis. Although the products sold by Niceware are designed with ease of use in mind, certain labeling projects require the expertise of technicians who have extensive bar code labeling experience.
The following services are available from Niceware:
Label template design
NiceLabel includes a number of compliance labeling templates when installed. Frequently, organizations have unique standards or specifications to follow for label design. Using NiceLabel Pro, Niceware can help with label template design to meet your unique label specification needs.
Label form design
Large and complex label printing production challenge operators to keep data entry errors at a minimum. To simplify and reduce data entry errors at label printing, Niceware uses the NiceForm tool in NiceLabel Suite to create applications with a simple and customized user interface that enables operators to focus only on data entry and label printing.
Integrating labeling applications
Simple or complex labeling applications that integrate external processes to the application. Using the NiceWatch tool available in NiceLabel Suite, Niceware can create robust labeling applications to simplify and integrate the label printing process in production.

Email within NiceLabel
Email technical support is simplified by sending an email from within the NiceLabel product. In the Help|Internet Support... menu, you can send an email directly to Niceware support that includes options for packaging your label template and supporting files into the email message.
NiceLabel Training
Niceware offers training in a few different flavors. Training can be done on-site or in our Milwaukee offices; both on a fee basis. Training can also be accomplished online using WebEx™.
Niceware offers free weekly Webinars for our Value Adding Resellers. The NiceLabel Webinars discuss technical and sales benefits of the feature rich NiceLabel software family.

Niceware uses the WebEx™ online collaboration service to conduct product training, product demos, online site surveys and more. You’ll be surprised what you can learn in 60 to 90 minutes from the comfort of your own desk.
