Niceware Professional Services
Niceware International offers Professional Services to our resellers and end user customers on a fee basis. Although the products sold by Niceware are designed with ease of use in mind, certain labeling projects require the expertise of technicians who have extensive bar code and RFID smart labeling experience.
Quotes are based on an hourly fee and given on a case by case basis, depending on the complexity of the label template and application project.

Label Template Design
NiceLabel includes a number of compliance labeling templates when installed. Frequently, organizations have unique standards or specifications to follow for label design. Using NiceLabel Pro, Niceware can help with label template design to meet your unique label specification needs.
Price guide: $150.00 per hour, minimum billing of three hours.
Pre-work: Email a visual example of the desired format, specify the printer manufacturer and model to design the format to and provide a detailed description for each field used on the label.
Label Form Design
Large and complex label printing production challenge operators to keep data entry errors at a minimum. To simplify and reduce data entry errors at label printing, Niceware uses the NiceForm tool in NiceLabel Suite to create applications with a simple and customized user interface that enables operators to focus on data entry and label printing.
Price guide: $150.00 per hour, minimum billing of three hours.
NiceForm Screen Creation
Even a basic NiceForm screen can take close to three hours to define, develop and test.
Pre-work: Email NiceLabel label format that the NiceForm screen will be developed for, provide a detailed description of each variable field used on the label and any sample graphic(s) and database(s) you want to use with the form. Service technicians need to have a good understanding on how the end user(s) will use NiceForm: will operators be allowed to have a lot of freedom at print time regarding data input decisions or will they be tightly guided on what data they can enter? In the test phase Niceware technicians will use a Webinar session to discuss the finished NiceForm application.
Pocket NiceLabel Screen Creation
As with NiceForm on the desktop a basic Pocket NiceForm screen can take close to three hours to define, develop and test.
Pre-work: If required, ship the actual terminal and printer to Niceware. Email NiceLabel label format that the NiceForm screen will be developed for, provide a detailed description of each variable field used on the label and any sample graphic(s) and database(s) you want to use with the form. Service technicians need to have a good understanding on how the end user(s) will use NiceForm: will operators be allowed to have a lot of freedom at print time regarding data input decisions or will they be tightly guided on what data they can enter? Integrating Labeling Applications
Simple or complex labeling applications that integrate external processes to the application. Using the NiceWatch tool available in NiceLabel Suite, Niceware can create robust labeling applications to simplify and integrate the label printing process in production.
Price guide: $200.00 for evaluation WebEx; quote-based for whole project. If you accept our NiceWatch development proposal, a credit of $200.00 will be applied for the WebEx.
Pre-work: Email a sample NiceLabel label format, any sample graphics and database(s) to be used. Provide detailed description and diagram of the external network that NiceWatch will receive its trigger from and a description of each variable field used on the label.
