The NiceLabel sales network is organized through Value Added Resellers, System Integrators and Software Publishers.  Niceware does not have a direct sales force and is aware of the importance of a strong relationship with our channel.  Everyone at Niceware is working hard in developing superior service and products for you, our partners.  This webinar will review some of the benefits of being or becoming a Niceware reseller, review the partner programs that Niceware has to offer and review the many different opportunities you can take advantage of.

The Niceware Partner Program consists of three partnership levels:

  • Standard Partner: Eligible to resell NiceLabel Standard Series products.
  • Premier Partner: Eligible to resell NiceLabel Standard Series products.
  • Platinum Partner: Eligible to resell both NiceLabel Standard Series and Enterprise Series products.

Besides the great product Niceware offers our partners, you receive as a partner the following:

  • High and progressive discount rates
  • Free technical support, offered by trained technicians with years of expertise
  • Free technical training in Niceware facilities
  • WebEx demonstrations and training workshops from Niceware in North America
  • Order fulfillment within 24 hours after receiving the order through email, fax or mail
  • Possibility to provide customized solutions for every partner
  • Ability to be designated as a NiceLabel Premier Partner

By becoming a NiceLabel Partner you get many benefits along with our unwavering belief that our partners benefit most when information is continually shared between our two companies. Niceware solely retains the rights and decisions as to who is invited into the partner program and to notify any existing partner that their partner status could be or will be removed.

Niceware Standard Partners can only resell products within the NiceLabel Standard Series. If Standard Partners provide a lead for an Enterprise Series product sale, Niceware will reward the Standard Partner with a finder’s fee.

Niceware’s commitment to Standard Partners

Niceware’s commitment to our Standard Partners include:

  • Provide Literature and NiceLabel demo CDs in limited quantities
  • Free sales and technical training via either online WebEx or at a Niceware location
  • Sales programs designed to help partners in their target markets and to expand into new application areas
  • Provide NiceLabel graphics for use in proposals, presentations and your web site
  • Have available up-to-date, professional marketing collateral
  • Include you on our Nice News and NiceLabel Sales Tips mailings
  • Free Partner Sales Kit. Containing all necessary information to assist our partners in the promotion and sales of NiceLabel
  • Provide all necessary sales and marketing tools to help you to best promote the NiceLabel software

Standard Partner’s responsibilities to Niceware

Standard Partner’s responsibilities to Niceware include:

  • Promote NiceLabel on your web site and in presentations
  • Notify us of all trade shows and other marketing events where we can participate or assist
  • Provide a company directory for sales and technical support people
  • Provide us with a forecast of sales for the month or quarter (as requested)
  • Participate in a WebEx NiceLabel overview and product positioning training session

Niceware offers specific partners the designation of Premier Partner. The NiceLabel Premier Partners addresses our need for geographical coverage and where appropriate to cover no more than a population base of 1.5 million people. Premier Partners may address a vertical market or another niche critical to the success of NiceLabel.

Niceware Premier Partners can only resell products within the NiceLabel Standard Series. If Premier Partners provide a lead for an Enterprise Series product sale, Niceware will reward the Premier Partner with a finder’s fee.

Premier Partners have the same expectations as our Standard Partners plus the following:

  • Sales Leads
  • Co-op advertising dollars
  • Free Literature
  • Free pre sales WebEx presentations for prospects
  • Free post sales WebEx customer training
  • Your company will be linked on our Web site
  • Direct support on strategic opportunities
  • Trade show lead referrals
  • Trade publication ad visibility

Premier Partner’s responsibilities to Niceware

As a Premier Partner you agree to the following:

  • To lead with NiceLabel. This means that we will be the first label design program shown and referenced on your web site and that NiceLabel is the default program referenced in proposals and quotes unless requested otherwise.
  • To commit to purchasing a dealer demo and to the installation of NiceLabel on sales and support personnel’s PCs.
  • To complete WebEx based training with Niceware personnel on the following topics: NiceLabel Sales Overview, Advanced Label Design, NiceForm, NiceWatch, NiceData, Pocket NiceLabel and Database Connectivity.
  • To be the primary contact for your end users for both sales and technical support assistance. Niceware supports our partners for free and in turn our partners support the end user. If our partner participates, we will provide support to your end user.
  • To be active in marketing NiceLabel to your prospect base and to inform Niceware of these efforts.
  • To provide sales forecasts and feedback on projected NiceLabel sales forecasts in your pipeline.
  • To follow up and provide feedback on all leads for NiceLabel sent to you.

The Platinum Partner Program provides access to the NiceLabel products within the NiceLabel Enterprise Series. The NiceLabel Enterprise Series offers integration tools to deploy and manage corporate wide printing of bar code and RFID smart labels.

The Platinum Program demands a dedicated commitment to deploy and support very large scale end users. Platinum Partners have to go through extensive training to learn the new technology. Niceware believes strongly that the Enterprise Series will not be sold and deployed effectively without extensive knowledge of the new NiceLabel enterprise technology, including knowledge of Web Server configuration, Windows Domains and Printer Networking.

Platinum Certification Requirements

  • On-site Training: 2-3 days product training at the Niceware office in Milwaukee, WI.
  • One Employed Certified Technician: Certification applies to an individual in the company. If the certified technician no longer works with the reseller or integration company, the Platinum certification is no longer valid.
  • Semi-annual Technology Refresher: Certified technicians must attend an online Webinar refresher course two times per year to maintain certification.

Niceware commits to support our Platinum Partners in the following ways:

  • Provide Literature and NiceLabel demo CDs in limited quantities.
  • Free sales and technical training either online (Webinar) or at a Niceware location.

  • Include partners on our NiceNews and NiceLabel Sales Tips mailings.
  • Free partner sales folder that contains all necessary information to assist our partners in the promotion and sales of the NiceLabel Enterprise Series.

Platinum Partner’s responsibilities to Niceware

  • Responsibilities of the Platinum Partners to Niceware include the following:
  • Promote NiceLabel on your web site and in presentations.
  • Link from the partner’s web site to the Niceware web site at www.nicewareintl.com.
  • Notify Niceware of all trade shows and other marketing events where Niceware can participate or assist.
  • Provide a company directory for sales and technical support people.
  • Provide Niceware with a forecast of sales for the month or quarter (as requested).
  • Participate in NiceLabel Enterprise Series overview Webinars and product positioning training session.

Private Branding

Niceware offers the option to provide NiceLabel as a dual branded product to partners who want to market their own labeling software identity. Depending on the selected branding option, the privately branded software product has the same functionality as the NiceLabel software but can be marketed under the logo, brand name and contact information of the partner.
