How to Upgrade to NiceLabel Version 5?
Version upgrade orders ship with a CD, Quick Start Guide and upgrade software key. You need to provide your version 3 serial number (10 digits) or version 4 key number (25 digits) when you order and activate the version 5 NiceLabel upgrade.Upgrading to version 5 includes two steps:
- Install version 5 of your current NiceLabel edition (Express, Pro, Suite, Suite Network) on your desktop/ server computer.
- Install version 5 from your NiceLabel CD, or
- Download your edition from the Web. Fill out the form, click on Submit and select the correct link on the new Web page (for example, select "Download NiceLabel" if you have NiceLabel Pro version 4). - Activate NiceLabel version 5 with a 25-digit upgrade key number. Open NiceLabel version 5 and follow the activation wizard. You have to provide the version 3 serial number or version 4 activation key and the version 5 upgrade key during the activation process.

End user version 5 upgrade pricing for NiceLabel Standard Series products:- $135 for NiceLabel Express
- $245 for NiceLabel Pro
- $495 for NiceLabel Suite
Limited free version upgrades
All NiceLabel software and hardware keys shipped with version 4 product boxes of the Standard Series after November 2nd, 2006, do already work with NiceLabel v5 (Standard Series). To upgrade to version 5, do the following- Download the new version 5 software from the NiceLabel Web site
- Install the edition of your current version on the desktop computer
- Activate NiceLabel version 5 with the 25-digit software key printed inside the DVD case
NiceLabel Dealer Demo
Resellers and partners who have a dealer demo hardware key (NLSDD $150) will support NiceLabel version 3, version 4 and version 5. Simply download NiceLabel Suite version 5 and use your dealer demo hardware key.Evaluate NiceLabel Version 5
NiceLabel version 5 is also available in demo mode. To evaluate NiceLabel version 5, just download NiceLabel from the Web and do the following:- Fill out the form
- Click on Submit, a new Window will open
