New Print Control and Export Features in NiceLabel Pro Version 5

Improved Printing Control
Improved print control with enhanced label reprint functionality is one highlight of NiceLabel Pro version 5. New NicePrintQueue Module
NicePrintQueue
- Review locally available printers and their spoolers
- Monitor printer status
- Monitor all print jobs and their status

Enhanced Print Job Logging
NiceLabel Pro offers a printing log file that enables the application to remember all printing actions and values of the variable data fields used on the label. The following information is stored:- User printing the label

- Data used on the label
- Quantity of labels printed
- And more…
Label Reprint
Reprint Labels
- Select single, batch or all labels from a previous print job
- Reprint label to another printer
NiceLabel goes even one step further and allows you to reprint the labels to an entirely different printer. You can select your target printer just before you click the reprint button. NiceLabel will generate the labels for the selected printer and use the same data as during the first printing.
Nothing is easier than re-printing a label with NiceLabel Pro version 5!
New Label Export Features
Export label to an image file
NiceLabel Pro version 5 supports exporting a label to a selected graphic file format such as JPG, BMP, GIF, PNG and more. This is a useful documentation feature when you need to send the label to another person for approval and the other person does not have NiceLabel software installed. Just go to FILE > EXPORT > EXPORT TO GRAPHICS… in the menu list and select the graphic file format of your choice.Configurable export
Export Label to Print System
In NiceLabel Pro version 5 you can now configure these markers to suite your requirements. No longer must you adapt to the exported label; now you can add your print system to the export wizard and adjust the syntax of the exported label to match your application.
Just go to FILE > EXPORT > PRINTER TEMPLATE EXPORT CONFIGURATION and define the set of definitions that determine how markers are replaced in the export stream for your print system.
