Dynamic variable color is created by using data to assign color on your label template. Color logic allows this to be possible with incoming data being formatted to match a RGB color for an object on your label.
The core technology in Niceware’s color labeling solution is NiceLabel. The ability to create your label template with an advanced label designer allows you to easily connect to variables and add barcodes and graphics to the label. With complete integration support for your ERP business management system or database, you will be able to manage your workflow through a remote web interface.
Connecting directly to your business management system allows us to monitor and detect a print string being sent to the print server. The print string will then trigger the start of the label production for automated printing. Dynamic color labeling changes the color of objects on your label based on the data being sent to the print server.
After the color logic is applied in NiceLabel, Wasatch will then create a color profile to match the RGB color being sent from your business management system. Wasatch’s SoftRIP expert color tools provide powerful print controls to lay down the correct amount of each color ink to match the target.
Whether you print through Wasatch SoftRIP or through NiceLabel or any other 3rd party application that has a Windows driver, Wasatch allows you to have predictable color on any material or application.
Niceware provides a custom color labeling solution with Wasatch’s color profiling software and NiceLabel’s label design and print server integration software. Our Technical Services team has experience in label template design, print server integration, training & education, conditional formatting, and creating ICC profiles.
